Josephine Cropper is an experienced psychotherapist with her own private practice, Healthy Horizons. She has assisted many entrepreneurs and business people through the process of personal change, be it concerning everyday issues or deeper personal issues.
Josephine holds a Master of Science degree in psychotherapy from the University of Wales Medical college. She has also undergone two years Transactional Analysis training and holds a counselling diploma.
Prior to starting her practice, Josephine spent 15 years in management in the textile industry. In this role, Josephine was responsible for the Marks and Spencer and BHS accounts.
Josephine has had a varied background both in her personal life and her working life. Amongst other things, surviving a violent and abusive relationship has had a powerful motivating influence. In her working life, the need for high standards of professionalism and confidentiality have been paramount. Such experiences have assisted in providing the perfect foundation for psychotherapy and life change.
She is passionate about using her life experiences and psychotherapy training to enable clients to fulfill their potential and to maximise life’s possibilities. Josephine provides tailor made services which enable people to achieve this.
Drawing on many years of therapy experience in a diverse range of organisations, including the NHS, a women's refuge, a mental health charity, and mediation services she now focuses solely on her practice.
