Mike first exercised his interest in the world of health and fitness back in 1986. In those days he would have been classified as something of a "no gain without pain" free weights enthusiast. He moved on from that after several years, developing interests and experience of other fitness pursuits. In more recent years however, he has become a self-confessed "desk jockey".
Mike has witnessed the benefits of the Pilates methods and as a long term back pain sufferer himself, he is a very keen student. So we’re actually using Mike as one of our subjects and you’ll be able to see yourself how he shapes up!
In the meantime, Mike’s skills are being utilised for the bulk of our administration together with consultant and customer liaison, IT operations and elements of research.
