Cholesterol – What You Need To Know (FREE ebook!)

There is seldom a day goes by that there doesn’t seem to be a newspaper, tv or radio article that relates to our cholesterol levels. However, the detail is rarely fully explained and the important distinctions regarding beneficial and detrimental fats we consume are hardly ever clarified. Messages about diet are sometimes misleading and it is unusual to hear explanations about what LDL and HDL are and what the test scores really mean. There is frankly very little genuinely helpful detailed information circulated.

The result is confusion or at best only a fragment of the whole picture. We considered writing about cholesterol here in considerable depth to help all our members until we discovered Lower Your Cholesterol in 1 Month

We were so impressed with this book, we decided to acquire the distribution rights and offer it FREE to all our paying members. We will also sell the book to anyone who wishes to purchase for a very fair $11.95. CLICK HERE to see all the great informative ebooks we give totally FREE to all new members of the MPC Online Pilates Video Coaching programmes.

Thankfully, the exercise modules we have designed are very carefully structured to lead you on a journey of physical development. It cannot be emphasized enough that the modules must be followed exactly as presented and practised to steadily build up your abilities. (Naturally – if there is any movement that causes pain then [...] Learn more...
