I hope you have found this ecourse reasonably clear to follow and that it helps kickstart you on your journey to a more agile, strong, toned body, de-stressed and free from any grumbling lower back pain; just as Pilates training did for me. However, if you have tuition or only this ecourse to get you started, the key to achieving great results is to do your exercise program on a very regular basis. Alternate days would be great. Please make the time to start right now. Find a small space. Grab a rug and a towel. No other fancy equipment is important at this stage. Don’t let anything like that put you off.

I’m being serious when I say that after just a couple of weeks of practicing these exercises on alternate days you will feel a difference. After three to four weeks, you will really notice an improvement in how you feel and after five to six weeks, you will feel like a new person. BUT you must practice. It just takes about half an hour a day or so. That’s all – and the payback is enormous!

Is Pilates easy exercise?

Well – yes and no. Pilates is about careful, slow, gentle movement and not the massive, rapid, demanding actions found in some sports or other exercise disciplines. But whilst it is a gentle form of exercise, the precision and control of body movement required is quite high.
