THIS MEANS THAT YOU CANNOT SUE OR RECOVER ANY DAMAGES FROM MPC, ITS DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS AS A RESULT OF ITS DECISION TO REMOVE OR REFUSE TO PROCESS ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT, TO WARN YOU, TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE, OR TO TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF A SUSPECTED VIOLATION OR AS A RESULT OF MPC’S CONCLUSION THAT A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT HAS OCCURRED. THIS WAIVER AND INDEMNITY PROVISION APPLIES TO ALL VIOLATIONS DESCRIBED IN OR CONTEMPLATED BY THIS AGREEMENT.

Revisions to Terms and Conditions
MPC may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.

MEMBERSHIP SECURITY

No Sharing
Members of MPC may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or company. Excessive viewings or logins by any member will be construed by MPC as fraudulent use of services, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When applying for membership you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.

Fraudulent Use
MPC reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion.

FREE TRIAL TERMS

Customers may only use a promotional free trial once. After the free trial period, customers will be required to subscribe to a membership package.

MEMBERSHIP BILLING

Where provided by MPC, one-month ongoing memberships are billed monthly. All ongoing memberships are renewed automatically until cancelled. There is no minimum obligations and members may cancel anytime. Membership must be cancelled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges.

Where provided by MPC, one-year ongoing memberships are billed yearly. All ongoing memberships are renewed automatically until cancelled.

At times, special prepaid membership packages will be available for purchase. Special prepaid memberships will be recurring and will renew automatically on the expiry date. Membership must be cancelled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges.

Fixed period membership course packages are billed either monthly or in one off payments as selected by the user at the time of purchase. Access to all course material shall cease at the end of the course duration period. MPC may offer members the option to retain access to course material after the end of the course by payment of a monthly fee.

All billing is in advance of delivery of access to product material and not in arrears.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Memberships
Viewing video and audio material on the site requires broadband access. Please review the system requirements to ensure that membership practices can be accessed before purchase.

Full refunds for purchases can be provided only within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be made after 30 days of subscription purchases. If there is an introductory free membership period, then the 30 days shall commence counting at the start of the registration and therefore incorporate any free period. Merchandise
Unless stated otherwise at time of sale, refunds will be available for physical merchandise purchased directly from MPC via this website. Full refunds for purchases can be provided only within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be made after 30 days of the purchase of physical merchandise. Refunds will not be made if the management consider that merchandise has been used or damaged unless the merchandise is found to be defective. No refund will be made for any item that has in the view of the management been abused or damaged by inappropriate use. Items must be returned in original packaging to MPC. The reasonable cost of return postage will be refunded by MPC only where goods are found to be defective. Returns should be sent by recorded delivery post.

Products and Services Supplied by Others
MPC offer no refund facility for any products or services supplied by any party other than MPC. Linking away from this site to third party sites and then subsequently making a purchase from such third parties is beyond the responsibility of MPC. You are directed to the refund policy of the third party vendor.

AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Commission
MPC will pay commissions as stated from time to time in the postings upon the website. These will be subject to change at the discretion of MPC and rates of commission may vary between individuals or groups at any one time.

An affiliate commission will apply in respect of third party paid membership transactions indicated within the website as attracting affiliate commissions.  MPC may from time to time apply affiliate commission structures to other products available through this website – to which additional and  / or alternative terms and conditions may apply. Affiliates may not refer themselves for the receipt of affiliate commissions. MPC offers no warrant as to who or how many parties may take up an opportunity to make a purchase and no guarantee as to any income can therefore be given to affiliates.

Cookies
MPC have structured the website system to leave cookies upon the browser of the computers of individuals to whom affiliates make referrals. It is the intention that those referrals may make purchase transactions through the website and that the referring affiliate will be recognised for commission eligibility. However, no such system is infallible and individuals may also take steps to ensure that an affiliate is not recognised for a referral. The cookie system also allows that cookies from a subsequent referring affiliate implant to the computer of an individual and so the subsequent referring affiliate would then gain the credit and take the commission. Whilst we expect the system to work fairly and to the satisfaction of all affiliates most of the time, MPC makes no warrant that the original referrer will achieve the commission they might desire. Cookies are designed to last indefinitely, although individuals may well clear out their cookies from their computer from time to time.

Spam 
AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, MPC SHALL TERMINATE THE ACCOUNTS AND MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND OF ANY  AFFILIATE SUSPECTED OF TARGETING AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS USING SPAM EMAILS OR ANY OTHER UNDESIRABLE MARKETING TACTICS (IN THE OPINION OF MPC). IN ADDITION, MPC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO RECOVER COSTS AND DAMAGES ARISING AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY SUCH ACTIVITIES BY AN AFFILIATE.

THE ‘INVITE A FRIEND’ FORM ON THE MPC WEBSITE SHALL ONLY BE USED TO INVITE FAMILY AND FRIENDS GENUINELY KNOWN TO THE AFFILIATE AND NOT FOR SPECULATIVELY APPROACHING ANY OTHER CONTACTS OR AQUANTANCE OR PERSON NOT WELL KNOWN TO THE AFFILIATE. SUCH APPROACHES MAY AT THE DISCRETION OF MPC BE TREATED AS SPAM. COMPLAINTS WILL BE TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY!

Payments
Commissions will be paid by MPC to the affiliate on a monthly basis and may be subject to a minimum payment amount at the discretion of MPC. All payments shall be by Paypal masspay unless alternative payment arrangements are made from time to time at the discretion of MPC. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that they have a valid Paypal account and enter their Paypal email address in the User Profile form in their member area. MPC shall not be responsible for delivery of payments by Paypal or other delivery organisation selected for delivery and MPC shall not be responsible for any fees charged to the recipient by Paypal or other organisation delivering payments. Commission payments shall only become valid for scheduling after 30 days following the date of the third party transaction to which the affiliate commission relates, trusting that the third party transaction is not cancelled or reversed at any time. A cancelled or reversed third party transaction shall not result in an affiliate commission being payable or if already paid, may be reclaimed or offset against future payments to the affiliate by MPC.

GENERAL TERMS

Severability
If any portion of this agreement between MPC and you is held to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Successors and Assigns
This agreement between MPC and you is binding on you and your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives.

Use of Credit and Debit Cards
MPC agree to take payment from you by credit or debit card. In consideration of this, you agree not to cancel credit or debit card payments made by you. Please see our Refund Policy above for appropriate refund procedures. Cancelation of credit or debit card orders on your behalf may result in legal proceedings against you.

This agreement between MPC and you is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You attorn irrevocable and unconditionally to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales in respect of any action or proceeding commenced in respect of this Agreement.
